marketing efforts for real estate companies
– some off-the-cuff thoughts
We have to get it into the heads of people that property is an essential
commodity, about which they have to make decisions now. They should understand
that postponing such critical decisions will only drive up their costs in the
long run. After all, next to food and clothing, it is housing that is essential
to all of us.
For working people, living in rented accommodations brings with it so many
inconveniences and post-retirement, we should be able to own a home where we
can live peacefully. Peacefully is the keyword here, as it allows homeowners to
concentrate on the other vital interests of their lives.
To reach out to these sections of people, it is necessary to tap conventionally
popular media channels and also think out-of-the-box to come up with modes of
communication that nobody has probably thought of before.
For instance, we can start reaching out to our immediate and extended family
members, friends and other acquaintances, many of whom are in the WhatsApp
groups, day in and day out. Since these are people with whom we converse
informally, we can during our interactions introduce subtly conversations
pertaining to property and tell them about us and how we would be able to help
them with their immediate property needs.
As people in these groups belong to varying income groups and each of these
individuals would have their unique requirements and budgets, we should be able
to convey to them that as experts in this field, we are capable of catering to
these diverse interests. We can simultaneously seek feedback from them on how
they would want this information to be delivered, be it the medium or
format.
Email marketing is another effective form of reaching out to people. The mails
we should send them should be engaging and must include other elements, like
infographics, projects of various real estate dealers, mini videos, etc. In
other words, they should be able to leave a lasting impact on the
readers.
Of course, social media can be used in so many ways to convey to our
prospective clients to let them know that you are the right intermediaries
between the sellers and them.
